Dogmatism and Domination: A Simulation Study

Abstract Some epistemic agents will not change their position on a claim. These are dogmatists, common creatures in our communities. This paper discusses the population-level effects of increasing numbers dogmatists. All model assigned degree belief (using Likert-type scale) and adopt beliefs others interactions. Subsets Analysis results suggests that even modest increase group's dogmatists can have substantial spread. I conclude by arguing (a) helps identify two kinds (b) another way bubbles form.
